1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

2 tbsps melted butter

1 tsp white sugar

Procedure:

1. Put a paper towel inside the colander. To gather draining liquids, put the colander over the bowl. Put yogurt over the paper towel. Use the yogurt curd as a replacement for the cream cheese to eliminate calories, fats and other unhealthy substance.

2. Set your refrigerator for 12 to 24 hours.

3. Mix graham cracker crumbs with butter and 1 tsp sugar. Spread the mixture in the base of a 9” springform pan.4. In a bowl stir in yogurt curd, eggs, sugar and vanilla. Pour the mixture over the crust.

5. Bake it at 165 degrees Celsius for 70 minutes or until done. Top it with your desired fruits.
